Antidisciplinary Curriculum
Paideia describes the continuous work of preparing human beings for the demands of civilization orthogonal to the present. Conventional education transmits existing knowledge within given arrangements; Paideia operates on the arrangements themselves. Its subject matter is the totality of the person, understood as a locus of discipline, attention, and structural capacity. The body, schedule, the quality of one's perception, and one's ability to hold complexity without ideological collapse: these are the materials Paideia refines. The Institute treats formation as infrastructure; its materials are handled with the rigor an engineer applies to load-bearing walls.
The terms transdisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and multidisciplinary each presuppose academic disciplines as primitive units of knowledge, arranged by this supposition. Antidisciplinary in the Institute's usage means three things simultaneously. The unit of inquiry is the encounter with a real condition that does not respect the limitations drawn by departments of traditional academia. The grammar of inquiry is not the inherited tree of the humanities and sciences. The criterion of success is formation itself. A curriculum succeeds when the practitioner can inhabit its schema, and not merely when it transmits content.

Our Process
Formation proceeds through three phases, each more intensive than the last. The first phase is public. The Colloquium Studio is an open seminar held monthly during the full moon week, convened around a single question drawn from orthogonal political theory, institutional design, infrastructure, or the protocols of inner work.
They require no prior affiliation and no fee. Anyone who encounters the Institute and wishes to engage its thinking begins here. The second phase is the Orientation Cycle: a structured, multi-week cohort for those who have attended Colloquia and wish to go further. Orientation introduces the Institute's methods, its calendar, and the rudiments of its discipline.
The third phase, the Field Cycle, is an intensive formation period conducted once per year, reserved for those who have completed Orientation and demonstrated sustained commitment. Field Cycles produce practitioners capable of founding cells, facilitating study, and contributing to the Institute's economic and institutional organs.
